After starring as a four-year starter at N.C. State, Andy Barkett launched a 29-year career in professional baseball as a player, coach, manager, and hitting coordinator.

He’s worked alongside some of the best to ever play the game—Hall of Famers, MVPs, and Silver Sluggers—bringing a deep, firsthand understanding of elite-level performance.

In 2018, as a Major League coach, Andy helped lead the Boston Red Sox to not only the best offense in baseball—but the greatest offensive season in Red Sox history, ending in a World Series Championship.

Today, Andy resides in Oviedo, FL with his family, working with baseball and softball players of all ages and skill levels—passing on the same tools and mental skills used at the game’s highest level.
